Returns and Exchanges

We allow 30 days from the day that you receive your merchandise for you to contact us via e-Mail that there has been an problem. Please specify what the problem is. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and write that on the outside of the return package. Please use Delivery Confirmation or some other shipment tracking number and email us that number.

We will provide for a refund of the purchase price once we have received the the merchandise with all tags. Shipping Charges are not refundable. The refund will be applied through our Merchant Account to your original payment method. For security reasons we do not retain Credit Card numbers.

Exchanges also require that you contact us via e-Mail and obtain a RMA number. Please include a check for $4.05 made out to Bell Consumer Services LLC to cover the cost of the second shipping of the exchanged merchandise.

International customers must contact Bell Consumer Services for RMA and second shipping charges.
